Tell us about your practice.

!
Heads up: if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better. Most DPC practices aren’t ready for us in year one. That’s fine.
You’ll get a calendar invite and a short prep note within 60 seconds.
WHAT TO EXPECT

The 30 minutes, roughly.

0–5
Intros.
Where you are, why you opened, what a good year looks like.
5–20
The current setup.
QuickBooks, prior CPA, entity structure, biggest pain. No judgment.
20–27
Our read.
What to prioritize, what’s fine as is, what we’d do first if you hired us.
27–30
Next steps (or not).
We propose a start date, or refer you out. No pressure either way.
BRING TO THE CALL
Rough member count & membership price
Entity type (LLC, S‑Corp, PLLC, etc.)
Last year’s 1040 if you have it handy
One question you’ve been scared to ask
OR, IF YOU’D RATHER
BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few honest answers.

Is there a cost for this call?

No. Thirty minutes, free. Either we’re a fit and we start working together, or we tell you who to talk to instead.

What if I’m not actually a DPC — I do some DPC and some insurance?

We only take 100% DPC practices. If you’re hybrid, we’ll refer you to a generalist CPA who’s good with small medical practices.

Do you have a waitlist?

Usually. We cap the book at a number Daniel can handle personally. When we’re full, the call becomes a waitlist conversation — we’ll be straight about timing.

I’m pre‑launch. Is this too early?

It’s the best time. Entity selection, chart of accounts, QuickBooks setup — getting it right on day one saves two years of cleanup.
