Flat fees work because the scope is clear. When something sits outside the monthly, we quote it separately, in writing, before any work starts.

Historical clean-ups

$1,500 to $6,000, flat, depending on how many months we’re rebuilding. Quoted after a free review.

Entity formation or conversion

LLC to S-corp, new entity, multi-state registration. $600 to $1,500 flat, per project.

Prior-year amendments

If your old CPA missed something worth going back for. $400 to $900 per return, flat.

QBO & Gusto subscriptions

Billed at our partner rate, passed through at cost. Usually less than you pay now.
